- 2 coloured Photos for the visa (White Background, Borderless, Coloured Dress, Size : 50 x 50 mm - upto shoulder)
- Old passports required of everyone ( if any)
- 3 Years Personnel Income Tax Papers with acknowledgement (Saral) (Full Set : Profit & Loss + Balance Sheet) - ORIGINAL
- 6 Months Personnel Bank Pass book with sufficient updated balance.
- Covering Letter to the Consulates on the COMPANY/FIRM letter pad to be signed by the passenger or the head of the family travelling together stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
- Original Birth Certificate for children below 14 years of age .
- Passenger’s Individual Profile Applicant's Occupational viability -(Any one of the following)
a. Businessman : One year Company / Firm Balance Sheet & 3Months Bank Statement (No Debit balance). In case of debit balance , than provide bank loan sanction letter . Company registration or Trade licence copy
b. Salaried : Salary Certificate, Appointment Letter, Leave Letter
c. Student : School / College ID Card, Fees Book
d. Retired : Retirement Papers, Pension Papers etc.
e. Newly Married Couple : Marriage Photo album (Minimum 15 photos), Marriage Card, Marriage Certificate , NOC letter from both the parents.
Personnal interview is mandatory for all applicants for the USA visa . All passengers have to go to the respective district US Consulate on their own expenses . Please find below the details which States of India comes under which consular district of the US consulate .
New Delhi: States of Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal
Chennai: States of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and the Union Territories of Lakshadweep islands and Pondicherry.
Mumbai: States of Maharashtra, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Union Territories of Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
Kolkata: States of West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, Orissa, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam
Notes :
- We will not be responsible for the visa rejection, It is the discretion of the concerned Consulate . The Consulate will forfeit the visa charges in case the visa is refused.
- All passengers have to sign all the visa application forms individually as per the signature on the passport.
- Child / infant rates are same .If the applicant is below 14 years , the forms must be signed by one of the parents.
