Terms & Conditions

    1. Full advance payments for Phoenix hotel booking.
    2. Advance payment of Rs. 250001- for airticket, visa & tours.
    3. In case of visa rejection, the fees will be forfeited by the US embassy.
    4. Once the booking is confirmed, no amendment will be allowed.
    5. NCS is not be responsible for obtaining passport.
    6. Ticket cancellation charges RS. 70001-
    7. Ticket date changes or sector changes will cost as per the airlines policy.
    8. Tour Cancellation charges as follows.

      * 25% of The Total Cost If Cancelled 45 days before Departure.
      * 50% of The Total Cost If Cancelled 44-30 days before Departure.
      * 75% of The Total Cost If Cancelled 29-15 days before Departure.
      * 100% of The Total Cost If Cancelled 14-0 days before Departure.

    9. Balance full payments immediately once the visa is approved.
    10. Cash will not be acceptable only draft will be accepted.
    11. Draft in favour of NCS Travels &Tours Pvt. Ltd. payable at Kolkata.
    12. The other Terms &Conditions applicable as printed on the booking form of  NCS Travels & Tours Pvt.Ltd.
    13. Rate of exchange (1USD = Rs. 44)  taken as on 1Aug 2008.
    14. Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharges, Service Tax – Rs 23000 per person taken as on 1 August 2008. It is subject to change and will be applicable as per ticket issue date.
